Program name: Signature Catering by Ovy — Employee Work Scheduling Alerts

Program description: Signature Catering by Ovy (Ovy Pop INC) sends non-marketing SMS/text messages to its employees and event staff for work-scheduling purposes only: shift invitations with confirmation links, shift confirmations, schedule updates, and reminders.

Opt-in: Employees and event staff may voluntarily enroll only through the public SMS Program Opt-In form. The separate SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of employment, scheduling, pay, or any purchase. Employees who decline receive schedules by phone call or in person.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per event week.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further scheduling messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.
